and it was won by a fourteen year ol' siti zakiah..
her voice was freakishly ziana zain-like..
she totally deserved to win..

and for her troubles..
besides winnin' a jakarta trip..
she got to share the stage with ziana in a duet..

last year..
i blogged about 'screamin' silently'..
and lovin' somebody's 'company' very dearly..
i thought it was only a phase back then..
a year on and i realized..
i was wrong..

gleeeeeeeeee..

backlash..

the operational reshufflement..
created a backlash of unpleasant feelings..
among all staffs as a whole..
they are basically dissatisfied.. unhappy.. dejected..

the notion of staffs from each store might quit hastily..
is currently runnin' thru the veins of the organization..
disseminatin' waves of worry and uncertainty..
but i think it will just result to one big cauldron of disgrace..
it's a shame if that happens..

it's very heartenin' to see..
that the staffs are actually affectionate..
towards their ol' bosses..
but being humans..
they should give their new bosses..
a chance to prove themselves..

the vc staffs are not takin' the changes well..
the aftermath there seems far worse than expected..
actually those guys are a crazy bunch..
comical.. entertainin'.. funny.. just great people..
but currently their morale are in the lowest pits..
you can possibly imagine..

tried talkin' to some of them..
i can do that much..
and i hope they get better..
they don't deserve to be in a such a state..
but they should have some faith in their new bosses too..
